10 Circuit Training Workouts

I have a love hate relationship with circuit training. I love the results it brings with time, but I hate the pain that inevitably will come with it. You know it is bad when the squats you did the day before make it almost impossible for you to lower yourself onto the toilet without yelping in pain. Don’t laugh, you know you’ve been there. Anyway, the results are hard to argue with. So, this past week I added circuit training back into my weight loss regimen and started looking for some circuit training workouts I could print out for quick and easy access. Check these out and get working!

  1. This just gave me the motivation I needed to do some exercise today! Though I doubt I will ever do a burpee. LOL

  2. Circuit training is the absolute best! I did the 30 Day Shred and have major results. I'm now doing Jillian's No More Trouble Zones (today will be day 2) and my abs and legs are killing me!

  3. I could definitely use some toning up. I think I could do that cadio strength workout right at home and be in shape in no time!

  4. LOL Lynda, no. I may do them all eventually, but not all of them in a day. I wouldn't be able to move for a week.

  5. circuit training is really tough…but it works. It's the only way I lost weight (20 lbs) before my wedding!
