Creamy Spinach and Bacon Dip

This post brought to you by Sam’s Club. All opinions are 100% mine.

With the end of the basketball season comes a lot of parties and events with friends and family as everyone gears up for the big game. Although I am not a huge basketball fan, many people in my family, my mom first and foremost, look forward to the end of the season games. What better way to celebrate than with some bonafide party food? This creamy spinach and bacon dip made with Velveeta Cheese & Rotel is just one of the mouth watering VELVEETA® and RO*TEL® recipes available on the Sam’s Club website.

Creamy Spinach and Bacon Dip

1 package of frozen, drained spinach
1 lb. VELVEETA® cut into cubes
4 oz. of cream cheese cubed
1 can of RO*TEL® diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained
8 slices of bacon crumbled

Microwave all of the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl for three minutes.

Remove the dip and stir well.

Microwave for another 2 minutes.

There are several Velveeta Cheese & Rotel recipes available on the Sam’s Club website if you are looking for some more incredible game day party food options. Another one of my favorites are the nachos.
