Holiday Gift Guide – K’Nex 350 Piece Value Tub and Light Up Ferris Wheel Giveaway!

If you are a mother of boys, then you have likely experienced the great building phenomenon. My boys have effectively built forts, cars, boats and even graveyards out of absolutely everything. Yesterday, my oldest brought me a toothpick flag. That is why I can understand and appreciate what great gifts K’NEX building sets make for both boys and girls during the holidays.

{About K’Nex}

“Founded in 1992, K’NEX Brands was established to make and sell what has become one of the world’s leading integrated construction systems for children. Winner of over 200 international awards and recognitions, K’NEX seeks to build young minds with its exciting product line and critically acclaimed K’NEX Education program. K’NEX continues to innovate and now produces Sesame Street, NASCAR, Monster Jam, and Orange County Chopper licensed K’NEX building sets in addition to its popular line of K’NEX and KID K’NEX building sets”

{K’NEX Gifts for Any Age}

K’NEX has a wide range of building sets for almost anyone on your list. The boys have owned many sets throughout the years and are even getting a few new ones this Christmas! From toddlers to teenagers, K’NEX sets provide hours of creative fun.

Toddlers

Toddlers can enjoy learning fine motor skills and creative play, while they build some of their favorite Sesame Street characters, K’NEX Sesame Street Toys are appropriate for children ages two and up and are available in a variety of price ranges. From neighborhood scenes like Cookie Monster’s Basketball Building Set to individual characters like the Kick It! Elmo Building Set, little ones will enjoy making their own creations one block at a time. Best of all, their little hands will be kept busy with a safe age appropriate toy and out of trouble!

Pre-Schoolers

Preschool aged children will enjoy the challenge that more elaborate and detailed K’NEX building sets can provide. Kid K’NEX building sets let younger children’s minds run wild with building possibilities and are available for ages three and up. K’NEX Monster Jam and Nascar building sets are a bargain, starting at only $5.99 and allow your kids to interact and create some truly awesome cars and trucks of their very own! These sets let them feel like big kids without the risk of injury.

Tweens and Teens

There really is no age limit on those who can gain enjoyment from playing with K’NEX. They are a great alternative to more expensive sets like Legos, and even my ten year old still thinks they are “cool”. K’NEX does a great job of covering all their bases when it comes to age appropriate building sets.

For older children, the K’NEX Value Tub gives them 350 interchangeable pieces to create whatever their mind can dream up. Looking for something a little more challenging with just a tinge of technology involved, the amazing K’NEX Thrill Rides line contains products like the Light Up Ferris Wheel and Sonic Blizzard Coaster. These products are appropriate for children nine and up and once built by the children, they really operate and work on their own!

{Buy It}

You can purchase any of the items listed above as well as any of the other products in the various K’NEX lines directly from the K’NEX website. You can also purchase building sets at retailers nationwide and online on Amazon.
