‘Move Over Fat’ Monday – I Can See a Small Difference

I know I just posted a video for my 1 month Shaklee 180 update, so I won’t make this too long. I have been promising updated photos for a while now though, so I wanted to get those up. I think the reason I have been putting them off it that I am afraid it isn’t showing much of a difference. My progress has been a lot slower than I had hoped for, but just like I said last week, it is not a sprint. The main point is there is a difference and no matter how small, it is still that much closer to a healthier life.

Like I said in my video, Shaklee has been going well, the only place I mess up from time to time is in eating a completely healthy dinner. I have even said goodbye to most sweets, so that is a plus. So, without putting it off any longer, here are the updated weight loss photos. There isn’t a huge difference, but there is definitely progress there. Hopefully one day I will really figure all this weight loss stuff out.

  1. You will have greater long term success if you take it slow and change your lifestyle in manageable ways. And remember it is not ALL about appearance! There are plenty of sexy things happening inside your body too as a result of better nutrition and physical fitness. They don't photograph as well, but they are just as important! Keep it up!

  2. The difference is visible! more so in the side view.. 🙂
You know what they stay.. slow and steady wins the race.. So just take it slow and keep it regular.. The results will come!

  3. Absolutely a difference! I think you're like me… I don't see much of a difference when I look in the mirror, but other people seem to really notice. Although, I've gotten a bit off track with my weight loss goals and just started back this week. 🙂

  4. I agree you can tell even more in the side view. I think you have a great attitude! Good Luck on your future progress
