If you are anything like me, you’re trying to cut back on the fat and calories in the new year. If you’re anything like me, you really really love good delicious finger food too. 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup melted Butter
1/4 Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing
Step 1: If not already done, cut apart wings and drumettes.
Step 2: Add salt to large pot of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Boil chicken in water for 9 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 450.
Step 5: Dry chicken with paper towels and place on a rack on a baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
Step 7: Turn each piece and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Step 8: Combine butter, hot sauce and dressing in a large bowl.
Step 9: Take wings from oven and place in sauce and toss to coat.
Step 10: Serve with celery and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
