Perfect Winter Pizza Recipe!

With the weekend quickly approaching, maybe you are looking for a quick meal idea that won’t take hours in the kitchen and that the whole family will love. Today I want to share with you the perfect winter pizza made with roasted red peppers and artichokes. Yum!

Roasted Red Pepper & Artichoke Pizza

Prep Time: 10 min.
Total Time: 25 min.
Makes: 16 servings.
What You Need
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/4 cup chopped drained roasted red peppers
Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Spread onto crust; top with peppers.
Bake 15 or until cheese is melted.
Substitute:
Substitute chopped tomatoes for the roasted peppers.

  1. That sounds fabulous! I'm a sucker for artichokes. My usual favorite includes basil pesto as the sauce, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, fresh mozzarella cheese, and sliced or diced tomatoes on top. YUM.
