I have been on Weight Watchers for about 6 months now. It is a system that works for me. I have lost about 25 pounds so far, and while that isn’t a ton, I have also maintained that weight loss, even after 90 days on the road eating out almost every day and countless press trips and events after returning home. As part of the points plus system, I am always using for healthy swaps that I can make to both save points and boost my energy throughout the day. I chose the Velveted Chicken with Veggie Stir-Fry recipe because it sounded like it would make the perfect quick lunch solution for me.
